Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) is an on-demand sign language interpretation service accessible through a live Internet video connection.
Purple VRI leverages your iPad&reg; to provide mobile interpreting, facilitating communication between deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech-impaired individuals and hearing persons sharing the same physical space.
To utilize Purple VRI, users must possess a Purple VRI account, which comes with associated service fees. For registration inquiries, please contact Purple at vri@purple.us.

Registering for a Purple VRI Account: Upon app installation, reach out to Purple at vri@purple.us to establish your account. Kindly note that making VRI calls is only possible after finalizing the account creation process through Purple via email at vri@purple.us.
Reminder: This service is distinct from Purple VRS. For assistance related to Purple VRS, kindly search for "Purple VRS" in the App Store as both Purple VRS and Purple VRI necessitate the use of separate applications and accounts.
